  • Soft Drinks

The average 340 ml (12 oz) can of fizzy or soft drink contains around 40 grams of sugar.  Four grams of sugar equals one teaspoon, so 40 grams is the equivalent of 10 teaspoons of sugar per drink.

  • Calcium for teens
