Why diets don’t work:  They don’t take into account that we are individuals and what works for one person, may not work for another.  This is why individualised nutrition advice is the most successful way to achieve your health goals.  Just because a food is low in calories, does not automatically make it good for your health. It is more important to look at the nutrient content of a food than the calorie content.  A body that is healthy, will always move towards its ideal weight.
